Abelia is an Australian owned Landscaping & Garden Maintenance business that has been operating for over 20 years.

Abelia is an independent division of the Cloverdale Group, a company with diverse lines of business servicing the facility management and construction sectors. Our group employs a team of over 500 staff, and is engaged nationally providing services to major clients.

Abelia was founded in 2002, and over the years evolved into two operating divisions; Landscaping Services & Garden Maintenance. Each division has grown strongly, and we now work with clients both large and small across Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

We operate from depots in Keilor Park and North Geelong.

Our Landscaping division built its reputation over time by working with volume residential builders. We have built a strong position in this space, with a significant portion of our work coming from display home landscaping, medium density/townhouse developments and high volume landscaping packages for builders. We have delivered literally thousands of landscaping projects with many more in the pipeline.

Our Garden Maintenance teams work with homeowners and property managers across the state, with our core work coming from body corporates, social housing portfolios, aged care & government organisations. This variety of clients see our team attending hundreds of properties each month, with different teams reaching across Victoria to deliver consistent garden care services no matter where the properties are located.

Abelia was acquired by the Cloverdale Group in 2022, with Abelia now operating as an independent division within a group of companies that boasts an enviable client list, long term experience in managing large multi-site contracts and with the support of a team of over 500 direct employees. We believe that through the strength of our group we offer all of our clients the opportunity to work with a reliable business partner on complex servicing arrangements.
